- Technical Issues: If you were unable to access the premium features you paid for due to technical problems on our end.
- Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally purchased a subscription and report it within 7 days of the transaction.
- Unsatisfactory Experience: Refunds for dissatisfaction with the service will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but we encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any concerns.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- If you simply change your mind after purchasing a subscription.
- If you fail to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
- If you do not use the app after purchasing a plan.
- If your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email us at support@finzy.com with your purchase details and the reason for the refund request.
- Verification: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information.
- Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
4. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime from your account settings.
If you cancel before the renewal date, you will retain access to premium features until the current billing period ends.
Canceling does not automatically issue a refund unless you meet the refund eligibility criteria above.
5. Payment Provider Policies
Refunds are processed through third-party payment providers (Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, etc.). The refund process may vary depending on the platform’s policies. If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, you may need to request a refund directly through them.
